Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click Get Started on the home page. You can sign up with an email and password, or use Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in. You will need to verify your email address before you can register for events or join clubs.

What information do I need to provide?

First name, last name, and email are required. You can optionally add a phone number, zip code (for finding nearby clubs), and a profile photo. Your zip code helps us show you relevant clubs and events in your area.

How do I find clubs near me?

Visit the Clubs page from the top navigation. Clubs are listed by proximity if you have set a zip code in your profile. You can also browse by activity type (pickleball, tennis, yoga, etc.).

How do I find events?

Visit the Eventspage to browse upcoming events across all clubs. You can filter by activity type, date, and location. Each club's public page also lists their upcoming events.

What is the Dashboard?

After signing in, the Dashboard is your home screen. It shows upcoming events you are registered for, upcoming court bookings, your clubs, and an activity feed with recent updates. You can filter the feed between your personal activity and club-wide news.

Can I use Q4Fun on my phone?

Yes. Q4Fun is a mobile-first web app that works in any browser. On your phone, you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. Native apps are planned for a future release.

I forgot my password

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your email. You will receive a reset code to create a new password. If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, use those providers to sign in instead.

Can I link multiple sign-in methods?

Yes. In your account settings, you can add additional sign-in methods (e.g., add Google to an email/password account, or vice versa). All methods are linked to the same Q4Fun account.
