Family & Minor Accounts

What is a family account?

A family links one or more guardians to one or more minor (child) profiles. Guardians manage all activities for their minors: registrations, payments, waivers, and bookings. Minors cannot sign in or take actions on their own.

How do I add a child?

Go to Family from your account menu. Click Add Child and enter their first name, last name, and date of birth. The child is automatically linked to your account as their guardian.

Can two parents share access to a child?

Yes. A minor can have multiple guardians (co-parents). Each guardian can independently register the child for events, sign waivers, and manage bookings. Invite another guardian from the Family page.

What are the household roles?

  • Head of Household — Primary account holder. Full control over all family settings.
  • Household Authority — Can manage minors and make registrations/payments.
  • Guardian — Can register and manage specific minors linked to them.

How do I register my child for an event?

Open the event page. When you click Register, you will see an option to register on behalf of a family member. Select your child and complete the registration. Any waivers will be presented for you to sign as the guardian.

What is a youth-only event?

Events flagged as youth-only restrict registration to minor accounts. Adults cannot register themselves. A guardian must register the minor on their behalf.

Can my child book a court?

Only if you enable “can book courts” on the minor's profile and the club's booking template allows minor bookings. You (the guardian) must place the booking on their behalf.

What happens when I delete a minor profile?

Minor profiles are archived, not deleted. Their participation history is retained (anonymized) for record-keeping. The link between guardian and minor is preserved in an archived state.

Does my child see activity from my clubs?

No. Minor accounts do not have their own login or dashboard. All activity for a minor appears on the guardian's dashboard under family-related items.
