Club Page Customization

What is the public club page?

Every club gets a public page at q4fun.com/c/your-slug. This is your club's home on Q4Fun — visitors see your banner, about section, upcoming events, facilities, membership tiers, and gallery. Think of it as your club's website within Q4Fun.

What are the page tiers?

  • Free ($0)— Basic page with banner, about, events, facilities, tiers, and gallery sections. URL is a UUID (not customizable).
  • Club ($15/mo)— Everything in Free plus: custom URL slug, featured items, display ordering, theme colors, section reordering, gallery management, and rankings.
  • Pro ($35/mo)— Everything in Club plus: showcase carousel, Pro Shop & inventory management, POS terminal, and custom content pages.
  • Enterprise ($225/mo)— Everything in Pro plus: remove Q4Fun branding, club logo on auth pages, custom domain, and dedicated support.

How do I get a custom URL?

Upgrade to Club or higher, then go to the Customizetab. The “Club URL” card lets you set a custom slug like q4fun.com/c/austin-pickleball. Slugs must be at least 3 characters, lowercase, and can only contain letters, numbers, and hyphens.

How do I upload a banner?

In the Customize tab, use the Banner Image card to upload a wide image (recommended 1600px wide). This appears as the hero image at the top of your public page. If no banner is uploaded, a gradient based on your theme color is shown.

How do I edit the About section?

The Customize tab includes an About Sectionrich text editor. You can format text with headings, bold, italic, bullet lists, ordered lists, and links. The content renders on your public page's About section.

How do I manage gallery images?

In the Customize tab (Pro required), the Gallery Images card lets you upload up to 20 photos. Hover over an image to see the delete button. Images appear in the Gallery section of your public page.

What are featured items?

Pro clubs can mark specific events, facilities, or tiers as “featured.” Featured items appear first in their section on the public page with a highlighted border and “Featured” badge. Use the checkboxes in the Featured Events, Featured Facilities, and Featured Tiers cards. Use the arrows to control display order.

What is the showcase carousel?

Enterprise clubs can add an auto-rotating carousel at the top of their public page. Slides can be images (with optional title and link), events, facilities, or tiers. Configure the rotation speed (3-10 seconds) and add/remove/reorder slides in the Customize tab.

How do I reorder page sections?

In the Page Sections card (Pro required), use the up/down arrows to change section order and toggles to show/hide sections. Available sections: About, Upcoming Events, Facilities, Membership Tiers, and Gallery.

How do I change my theme color?

In the Page Sections card, use the color picker to select a theme color. This color is used for the gradient when no banner is uploaded and for accent elements on your public page.

When do changes take effect?

Click Save Layout to publish your changes. Banner and gallery image uploads take effect immediately. Section order, theme color, featured items, carousel, and about content are saved together when you click Save Layout.
